This rum has sweet tropical passion fruit aromas with hints of mango. Very tropical fruit driven with really comes through on the nose and palate.

Dead Man`s Fingers

Dead Man`s Fingers

In the picturesque St. Ives, Cornwall lies The Rum & Crab Shack, a delightful rum and seafood restaurant owned by Neythan Hayes and Chris McGuire. They decided to create this establishment together after a night enjoying, Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva. Naturally, inspired by their love of the premium rum from Venezuela, they decided that a building with such a rum-heavy theme should really have its own spiced rum to celebrate. So they made one. The result, Dead Man’s Fingers, was released in 2015, and this blend of Caribbean rums from Barbados and Trinidad is the first spiced rum to be blended and bottled in Cornwall. It also looks and sounds exactly like the kind of rum a pirate would drink. Which is obviously amazing.

Although great with a mixer, we feel a spirit suh as this is best showcased in a cocktail. Something such as a twist on `Frozen Pornstar Martini`.

45ml Dead Man`s Fingers Passionfruit Rum
10ml Passoa Passion Fruit Liqueur
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
10ml Passionfruit puree
Blend all ingredients together and garnish with a glass of Prosecco on the side.
