A tropical treat from the Dead Man`s Fingers crew down in Cornwall. Built upon a base of rum, infused with juicy mango. On the palate juicy mango and zesty citrus are backed by waves of vanilla cream and a touch of black pepper.

Dead Man`s Fingers

Dead Man`s Fingers

In the picturesque St. Ives, Cornwall lies The Rum & Crab Shack, a delightful rum and seafood restaurant owned by Neythan Hayes and Chris McGuire. They decided to create this establishment together after a night enjoying, Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva. Naturally, inspired by their love of the premium rum from Venezuela, they decided that a building with such a rum-heavy theme should really have its own spiced rum to celebrate. So they made one. The result, Dead Man’s Fingers, was released in 2015, and this blend of Caribbean rums from Barbados and Trinidad is the first spiced rum to be blended and bottled in Cornwall. It also looks and sounds exactly like the kind of rum a pirate would drink. Which is obviously amazing.

Great with a mixer or shaken in a cocktail. The vibrant, mango driven spirit works really well in fresh style drinks such as a `Mango Daiquiri`.

60ml Dead Man`s Fingers Mango Rum
30ml Mango Puree
15ml Lime Juice
Garnish with a Mango Slice
