Dead Mans Fingers Coffee Rum
A variation on Dead Man`s Fingers Spiced Rum (created by the folks from The Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives) based around the deliciousness of coffee. Fruity coffee, chocolate orange, a whack of cumin, burnt sugar.
Dead Man`s Fingers
In the picturesque St. Ives, Cornwall lies The Rum & Crab Shack, a delightful rum and seafood restaurant owned by Neythan Hayes and Chris McGuire. They decided to create this establishment together after a night enjoying, Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva. Naturally, inspired by their love of the premium rum from Venezuela, they decided that a building with such a rum-heavy theme should really have its own spiced rum to celebrate. So they made one. The result, Dead Man’s Fingers, was released in 2015, and this blend of Caribbean rums from Barbados and Trinidad is the first spiced rum to be blended and bottled in Cornwall. It also looks and sounds exactly like the kind of rum a pirate would drink. Which is obviously amazing.
Made from the same blend of Caribbean rum and spices as the original with the added espresso, resulting in a delicious drink that`s great as a digestif or in a cocktail.
