A bottle of a rich, dark, Irish blend, Black Bush contains a high proportion of triple-distilled single malt, aged in Oloroso sherry casks for around eight to 10 years before marriage with the grain. Over-ripe grape and light citrus on the nose. A touch of toffee and peanut. Vanilla and milk bottle sweeties on the palate with dried peels, chamomile tea and cinnamon sticks. Digestive biscuit, cooked plum and orange oil finish.
