Boatyard Vodka
An Irish vodka from the Boatyard range, made with Irish wheat. The Boatyard team are heavily invested in ensuring they get their hands on the best ingredients, to the point that they can even trace back which farmer supplied the wheat from each bottle. The don`t filter the spirit, leaving the flavour profile and mouth feel to come completely from the distillation (which occurs in a still charmingly named Mr. Fusion). Soft vanilla and white pepper, with a touch of cut grass. Subtly oily.
