The first release from the Boatyard Distillery in Lough Erne, Northern Ireland, is Boatyard Double Gin! It`s made with an organically produced wheat spirit, which goes through a double contact distillation process and infused with botanicals including sweet gale, grains of paradise, angelica, lemon, orris, liquorice root, coriander and juniper. The Boatyard Distillery is the work of Joe McGirr (who previously worked at the Scotch Malt Whisky Society), Darren Rook (founder of the London Distillery Company) and Greg Dillon (from GreatDrams.com)
