Chateau Picoron Madam I`M Adam Rose 2023
Madam I`m Adam Rose is made from 100% Merlot grapes from vineyards located in Sainte Colombe in Bordeaux. It looks nothing like traditional Bordeaux Rosé (hence the “lowly” vin de France appellation), but fun, mouth-watering and appealing: fragrant, crisp, begging to be taken on a picnic. Plenty of fresh wild strawberry, crisp grapefruit rind, wild flowers and a refreshing dry body. It`s early harvested Merlot, hand pressed in the Provencale way to maintain freshness at lower alcohol.
