This is a typical Pinot Grigio with a bright straw yellow colour. Elegant perfume with floral notes , acacia flowers, almond and citrus fruit. It is ideal between meals as an aperitif, it is well suited to appetizers or fish dishes, especially shellfish. Excellent in combination with soups and meat white. Serve chilled at a temperature of 8°-10° C.
