The wine showcases a light vibrant golden colour with citrus and stone fruit on the nose and subtle oak spice.
The wine has a vibrant light straw colour with flecks of green on the rim. `There is an abundance of quince, green apples greengage and lemongrass aromas on the nose.
Quince, dried apricot and citrus wit h hints of fynbos and ginger. Barrel fermented and matured for 5 months with a 10% amphora componet.
