The Petit Mouton cuvée is fruit driven, with notes of mineral freshness. It can be enjoyed on its own and with all the fish starters as well as cheeses.
If the wine is left on its sediment and bottled ‘sur lie’ – off the lees – the operation enhances the fruit, adds a yeasty dimension of depth and imparts a certain liveliness and freshness.
Dry, pale yellow; the bouquet is dominated by aromas of lemon and completed by mineral notes. Round and refreshing in the mouth, medium-bodied and elegant.
