Velvet Falernum
A Bajan liqueur, very tasty and a back bar essential for making some great cocktails. Taylor`s Velvet Falernum was first created by John D Taylor of Bridgetown in 1890. The liqueur is made with sugar cane, lime, almond and cloves.
A must stock for any bar looking to do cocktails, can be enjoyed neat as well.

2.5ml Absinthe
50ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Velvet Falernum
1/2 barspoon orange marmalade
3 dashes Angoostura Aromatic Bitters
Granish with Dehydrated orange slice and pineapple leaves.
