A perfumed and intensely fruity sipping spirit, single vintage and variety from 2022. Fermented for 2 weeks with wild yeast and Torulaspora, then distilled on our vintage pot still. Each bottle contains 24kg of local Kentish apricots. An excellent after-dinner digestif with an intensely apricot flavour.
