A fitting tribute to the Founding Father of British Gin, George Bishop, who revolutionised the UK Gin Industry in the eighteenth century. This multi-award-winning, modern interpretation of the classic London Dry style is bold, complex and distinctively smooth. Tasting notes: A perfect balance of 15 exotic botanicals, warm Mediterranean orange combined with delicate spice. Three varieties of juniper lead in this invigorating and complex spirit. Sweet citrusy notes from coriander and air-dried peels are balanced with the tangy piquance of tellicherry pepper, ambrette and perfumed chamomile. This gin is delightful with a mixer, or in a cocktail. Each bottle is finished by hand, with handwritten batch and bottle number.
