Gelston`S Irish Blended Whiskey
The folks over at Gelston`s have crafted a blended Irish whiskey! A combination of triple distilled Irish malted barley and grain is the core of this one, matured entirely in bourbon casks. Think grain sweetness, fresh fruit, and buttery cask influence, and you`re there! Baking spices and white pepper on the nose, with fresh apple, and boiled lemon sweeties. The palate has toasted grain and more honeyed baking spice, with caramelised nuts in tow. The finish has oaky vanilla lingers.
