Estancia Raicilla is a fruity and floral agave spirit aged in open oak barrels in Jalisco. It is made with Maximiliana agave, grown at high altitude in the Sierra Madre, which produces an aromatic raicilla with notes of citrus, hibiscus, plum and pineapple. Try mixing this sweeter alternative to mezcal in a Margarita or Paloma cocktail. Light and floral, with a hint of freshness hiding behind. Slightly smoky, too.
