Espolon Reposado Tequila
This is the El Espolòn Reposado Tequila, produced by Destilladora San Nicolas in Los Altos. After distillation, which includes playing rock music in the factories to "inspire" the agave, the Reposado is matured in American oak barrels for six months. Following that, it`s handsomely bottled, with a label bustling with skeletons and roosters. On the nose warming spice, roasted agave and a sweet hint of caramel. The palate has brown sugar, yet more roasted agave, joined by vanilla from the maturation and vibrant fruit. The finish is long and well spiced. Overall: Suitable for sipping and enjoying.

He creates his tequilas up in Los Altos, in the highlands of Jalisco, and the distinctive labels are inspired by 19th century Mexican art. The Blanco is completely unaged and is delicate and floral with some sweet fruit flavours.
