El Dorado 3 Year Old Rum 3 YO
An award winning rum; this took a silver at the 2006 and 2007 International Wine and Spirits Competitions. This also attained a Gold at the International Review of Spirits. A great mixing rum, very crisp and fresh. On the nose crisp with notes of coconut and icing sugar, some tart citrus with cocoa and buttery toffee. The palate is dry, medium body with notes of dark brown sugar, nutty notes with hay and coconut. With a long and grassy, vanilla sweet finish.
A crisp, refreshing rum, great with a mixer or in mixed drinks such as an `Espresso Rumtini`.

30ml Espresso Coffee
20ml Mr Blacks Coffee Liqueur
15ml Gomme Syrup
Garnish with three coffee beans
