Dead Mans Fingers Pineapple Rum
Pineapple and rum is a timeless combo, and the folks from Dead Man`s Fingers have got just the thing to convince you of that - Dead Man`s Fingers Pineapple Rum! This terrific tropical treat boasts notes of both candied and roasted pineapple, alongside simmering spices and a helping of brown sugar. Bright and almost tangy at first with fresh pineapple and ginger, followed by homemade caramel, nutmeg, cassia and mango.
Dead Man`s Fingers
In the picturesque St. Ives, Cornwall lies The Rum & Crab Shack, a delightful rum and seafood restaurant owned by Neythan Hayes and Chris McGuire. They decided to create this establishment together after a night enjoying, Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva. Naturally, inspired by their love of the premium rum from Venezuela, they decided that a building with such a rum-heavy theme should really have its own spiced rum to celebrate. So they made one. The result, Dead Man’s Fingers, was released in 2015, and this blend of Caribbean rums from Barbados and Trinidad is the first spiced rum to be blended and bottled in Cornwall. It also looks and sounds exactly like the kind of rum a pirate would drink. Which is obviously amazing.
Superb served over ice, but also goes great with lemonade or ginger ale. Works great in mixed drinks too such as -
`Pineapple Kingston Negroni`

30ml Appleton Estate 8 Year Old Reserve Rum
20ml Mancino Rosso Vermouth
20ml Campari
Garnish with a Orange zest twist
