Hazelnuts and spiced rum might not be the first pairing that jumps to your mind, but we can vouch for its deliciousness! Dead Man`s Fingers original Spiced Rum combined with warming, toasted hazelnut goodness makes for one fascinating tipple. Vanilla and toasted hazelnut, with a dusting of cocoa and spices.

Dead Man`s Fingers

In the picturesque St. Ives, Cornwall lies The Rum & Crab Shack, a delightful rum and seafood restaurant owned by Neythan Hayes and Chris McGuire. They decided to create this establishment together after a night enjoying, Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva. Naturally, inspired by their love of the premium rum from Venezuela, they decided that a building with such a rum-heavy theme should really have its own spiced rum to celebrate. So they made one. The result, Dead Man’s Fingers, was released in 2015, and this blend of Caribbean rums from Barbados and Trinidad is the first spiced rum to be blended and bottled in Cornwall. It also looks and sounds exactly like the kind of rum a pirate would drink. Which is obviously amazing.

A great all-rounder of a spirit works well with a mixer, but great for a twist on classic cocktails such as -

`Hazelnut Rum Alexander`
