Château Picoron is a vineyard and winery located in the Bordeaux wine region of France, specifically in the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. Known for producing high-quality wines, Château Picoron showcases the potential magic of the Merlot berry, which is typical for the region, but that is where the 'typical' ends.
The work in the vineyard and winery is done by hand and through creativity and self expression the vinification challenges traditional methods. Camille, the wine maker, believes when it comes to producing wine less is more. Less additives, less intervention and less attempts to change what nature is. The wines are produced sustainably using organic practices, without animal products and with minimal intervention.
