Light sweetness of fresh red fruits, with a bite of juniper and coriander underneath. Lingering zesty notes of fresh raspberry go on and on.

Distilled in a marvellously compact pot/column still combo named Prudence, Sipsmith epitomises distilling on a truly artisanal scale.

Bright citrus notes are up-front, though not one-dimensional. There`s intense sweetness, but a touch of waxy orange peel peel balancing it out in the background.
