Distilled in a marvellously compact pot/column still combo named Prudence, Sipsmith epitomises distilling on a truly artisanal scale.

Bright citrus notes are up-front, though not one-dimensional. There`s intense sweetness, but a touch of waxy orange peel peel balancing it out in the background.

This is a true rhubarb gin, as one third of the bottle is actually freshly pressed rhubarb juice!
