Kentish Pilsner is a celebration of our county’s hop-growing heritage. A traditional Pilsner-style lager brewed with a trio of locally grown hop varieties.

On tasting we get a crisp taste of pale malts, quite dry with a slight grassy hop edge. A good lager taste with some interest from the hops, with a touch of sourness in there too.

A clean and aromatic cider using only fully ripe, hand-picked Kentish Rubens and Bramley apples.

Described as medium dry, it is toward the drier end, with a crisp astringency on the cheeks and a bittersweet punch of fruity apple as it hits the throat, giving a satisfyingly long finish.
