Draught is a crisp, medium dry cyder with a delicate aroma and taste of fresh pressed apples. Crafted at the original Cyder House, Suffolk. Fruity, dry, racy, thirst-quenching, lip-smacking.

From our orchard to the winery, the apples are treated with a winemaker’s touch. Each is paired with their own flavour unleashing wine yeast.

Described as medium dry, it is toward the drier end, with a crisp astringency on the cheeks and a bittersweet punch of fruity apple as it hits the throat, giving a satisfyingly long finish.

Inch`s Medium Apple Cider is a lightly sparkling cider with a fresh apple aroma – perfect for sunshine sipping. We make it using 100% British apples, grown within 40 miles from our Hereford mill.

Skylark is a next generation sparkling cider, popping with big notes of fresh Kentish dessert apples, followed by a flourish of complex cider tannins.
