A fresh fruit driven Chardonnay. Pale lemon in colour with delicate citrus blossom on the nose. Subtle hints of honeysuckle and brioche underlined with a fresh dose of Flint minerality.

This wild- ferment chardonnay has been matured on it`s lees in old French oak for nine months. The palate has more fresh apple flavours, a smooth texture and long finish.

This magnificent example of a classic double stout delivers a velvety-smooth palate of dry, burnt flavours - complemented by roast, cocoa and coffee notes.

A clean and aromatic cider using only fully ripe, hand-picked Kentish Rubens and Bramley apples.

A long-standing well renowned gin, classic in it`s style and the original gin from it`s distillery. The nose has juniper berry and lemon oil at the front with some dried herbs and fennel.

Fresh orange and lemon, piney juniper, coriander spiciness with a hint of fennel.
