This wild- ferment chardonnay has been matured on it`s lees in old French oak for nine months. The palate has more fresh apple flavours, a smooth texture and long finish.

This sparkling Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate, using the classic fermentation method. It is pale salmon pink in colour with a persistent bead.

Concentrated, bright, characterful rosé. Opulent cranberry, raspberry and ginge r aromas. The nose is vibrant and engaging. The palate adds peachy fruit and subtle vanilla pod complexity.

The Chapel Down Pinot Blanc 2021 has aromas of ripe cantaloupe melon and spring blossom. The palate is nicely balanced with flavors of apricot and toasted oats, which lead to a fresh finish.

An inviting nose of pear, fresh pollen and subtle tropical fruits; mango and banana. Palate follows, medium-bodied and gentle creamy textured with refreshing acidity.

Spitfire Amber Ale combines the pick of Kentish hops to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish.

A mellow, easy drinking ale brewed with a little crystal malt and a lot of Goldings hops. Nothing flash, just a very decent malty body and a balancing hop flavour.

A mellow, easy drinking pale ale. Tropical flavours and aromas - peach, passionfruit and pineapple.

A traditional Kentish Best bitter - the aroma is toffee malt and fresh green hops, the flavour is malt, hops and red berries with a full body and lingering bitter finish. Yeh.

A moreish Best Bitter with a modern twist. Local Kent hops form the earthy, herbal base then dry-hopped with an aromatic dose of NZ hops. An effortless bitter-sweet structure makes for a perfect Ale.

Coriander, orange zest, wheat and bags of fruity hops combine with malted barley to create a mellow, soft and refreshing English wheat ale.
