A fresh fruit driven Chardonnay. Pale lemon in colour with delicate citrus blossom on the nose. Subtle hints of honeysuckle and brioche underlined with a fresh dose of Flint minerality.

This wild- ferment chardonnay has been matured on it`s lees in old French oak for nine months. The palate has more fresh apple flavours, a smooth texture and long finish.

Frejya`s has created this creamy treat from the milk of Holstein Friesian cows (a Dutch breed of cow known for its high dairy production), which is then blended with five times distilled vodka.
