A fresh fruit driven Chardonnay. Pale lemon in colour with delicate citrus blossom on the nose. Subtle hints of honeysuckle and brioche underlined with a fresh dose of Flint minerality.

This wild- ferment chardonnay has been matured on it`s lees in old French oak for nine months. The palate has more fresh apple flavours, a smooth texture and long finish.

A red vermouth from Asterly Bros., Estate English Vermouth is made with a base of English Pinot Noir infused with 31 botanicals, with orange, cacao, rosemary, and wormwood among the list.
