The White` is a stylish and vibrant blend of Bacchus and Pinot Blanc grapes handpicked from Balfour’s own Kentish vineyards.

A pale apricot pink with a delightful floral nose of pear, raspberry and citrus fruits. The palate is vibrant and zingy with notes of strawberries, red berries and thyme.

Whole bunch pressed, this is an aromatic, crisp, dry wine offering elderflower, nettle, greengage and fragrant tropical notes. The palate is well rounded with a long finish.
