An authentic, crisp bouquet of spring flowers and fruit, with a precise minerality that is rare to find, opens in an elegant, harmonious way to reveal a joyful, lively and youthful character.

If the wine is left on its sediment and bottled ‘sur lie’ – off the lees – the operation enhances the fruit, adds a yeasty dimension of depth and imparts a certain liveliness and freshness.

The Petit Mouton cuvée is fruit driven, with notes of mineral freshness. It can be enjoyed on its own and with all the fish starters as well as cheeses.

Dry, pale yellow; the bouquet is dominated by aromas of lemon and completed by mineral notes. Round and refreshing in the mouth, medium-bodied and elegant.

Rosacker is among the most celebrated of Alsace`s Grands Crus vineyards, with descriptions of its wines dating back to 1483.
