Draught is a crisp, medium dry cyder with a delicate aroma and taste of fresh pressed apples. Crafted at the original Cyder House, Suffolk. Fruity, dry, racy, thirst-quenching, lip-smacking.

From our orchard to the winery, the apples are treated with a winemaker’s touch. Each is paired with their own flavour unleashing wine yeast.

England’s only IPA blended by winemakers. Balfour IPA is made using a blend of three local, Kent hops; one classic, one modern and one almost forgotten.

On tasting we get a crisp taste of pale malts, quite dry with a slight grassy hop edge. A good lager taste with some interest from the hops, with a touch of sourness in there too.
