A clean and aromatic cider using only fully ripe, hand-picked Kentish Rubens and Bramley apples.

A sparkling and medium-dry Kentish cider that’s floral, fresh and zingy on the palate. A single variety cider made from wild-fermented Discovery apples.

Described as medium dry, it is toward the drier end, with a crisp astringency on the cheeks and a bittersweet punch of fruity apple as it hits the throat, giving a satisfyingly long finish.
