This Champagne is a golden colour with very fine bubbles. It has a beautiful aromatic complexity of ripe fruits and spicy aromas with hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. The palate is a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with bubbles like velvet and notes of pear, brioche and fresh walnut.
