Important Information of Keg Returns:
As we move forward to reopening, our attention moves towards helping you to restock your bar and cellars. Part of this process is to help with any out of date kegs you currently have.
Whilst we are unable to uplift any stock at present, we have been working closely with our suppliers and we are now able to direct you to the British Beer & Pub Association, BBPA for short, where you will find all
the information and guidance regarding claiming back your credit and disposing of the product. Please follow the link below to get started with your return.
This new process will overtake our previous policy and all beer returns must now be put through the BBPA.
You will be requested to provide your account number, If you don’t know your account number you can find this on top of your invoices from Page and Sons, below your delivery address.
Please bear in mind if the main supplier does not consider the product suitable for credit then we will be unable to issue you a credit. So please read all of the information carefully.
See below a list of breweries that are working with the BBPA;
Once you have submitted your form for your claim you will be notified by the BBPA of whether you are eligible for a credit. If you are eligible you may then dispose of your product. I have attached a guide on how to safely dispose of your waste.
